I've been thinking about buying a TV recorder so I can record 360 game play & have it on my computer. I'm not smart when it comes to TV recorders like this so here's what I want from it
Need to work with Mac computers
Capture video & audio (also needs to capture my audio too)
Record high quality or HD
No lag in the game when recording
I think I need to get the HD AV cables for it? Any help on this?

I record my gameplay, but I don't know dick-all about capture cards and such. I personally use a DVD recorder, but it doesn't record in HD if that's what you're going for.
