How come the video in our database doesn't start where the video in the game starts, yet for X2 songs, there are parts you can't see while playing?

Cos I cut the beginnings off for X so it supports all SM themes, but decided to leave it for X2.

There's a few that jumps immediately to the start of the MP3 IIRC, I'm not sure which themes do this.

I think the themes that have an extended animation for the Stage Transition thing would delay it. Something like Takuya's themes are pretty simple, so they're likely not going to be affected. Something like Techno Fiend or Cyberia Style might, I reckon.

Bingo. I tried MAX,MAX 2,3rd Mix, and X, and it turns into a mess. I'm guessing the rest do too. By the way, Al, shouldn't the X2 videos be made to work with the X theme? Perhaps an alternate zip?

Why should the simfiles cater to a specific theme? I'm doing the files so that they should work under a normal StepMania 3.9 installation.
