Does anyone know the list of conditions of gaining experience points to level up in DDR AC?

Play new songs to gain more experience. Also every 10,000 Marvelous Stars you'll get a big bonus.
Overall it just takes time. I think trying out new options also helps and maybe playing your favorite song. I dont know that much though cause its all in japanese.
