How do I submit a new arcade location?

I just recently registered with the site mainly because I am working to get Colorado and Wyoming arcade locations to be known to the rest of the community, However while I can navigate to existing locations, I need to know how to create locations to machines in my area that are not listed here. I cannot find a link or anything for a submission form for posting new arcade locations. Any help would be appreciated.

Click the MACHINE LOCATION'S Link and select the location. It's like Google Map if you have used it before.

Thank you very much. I am just the webmaster and I help build the theme for our Stepmania machine. I must say though I feel like a newb when it comes to sites like this one when I continue to build mine. Oh by the ways I finally figured out how to work the arcade locations properly. However I now seem to have another concern with this site or in particular the forum. I will just try to ask now without starting a new topic since responses are quite timely.

Where is the best place on these boards to announce about a tournament. As some of you probably know, my team's big DDR event, Sporktoberfest is coming and we are looking to make sure no one is keep on the dark in it. So if there is a appropriate place to post and discuss tournaments on these boards that would be really helpful.
