This thread is just for discussing about Backmasking in songs or backmasking in general.


Example(This Is Not A Real Song):The song forward says HEY HEY HEY!!! and there is backmasking during that part. When backwards you will hear HEY HEY HEY!! backwards and you will hear HI HI HI!!!. This is not the best example but its good enough.

The list on Wikipedia only includes intentional backmasks, i.e. the artist recorded something backwards and it plays on the track in reverse. It doesn't include stuff like Stairway to Heaven and Another One Bites the Dust where it just sounds like something. But then, one could easily do that intentionally to slide it past most people.

Quickening's backmask sounds intentional, as amazed as I am that dj TAKA would do that.
