When I delete some songs and I reload all songs and courses, why do the deleted songs are displayed although are deleted?

I have no idea, that wouldn't happen unless you forgot to delete the folder in your Songs// directory.
And it's in the wrong forum... moved to Simulation forum.

Just I have download song packs on each DDR Mix Games on Stepmania download Source, in that case, I have deleted some songs and they still are in my stepmania.I only use Stepmania 4.0 type 20060709 because when I have downloaded updated Stepmania 4.0 softwares. When I have changed the music sort, it stills in group sort.
