-Probably using SnagIt, at least I use it to do this, but it takes more time than I think it could take using other method.

If they're posted on the pop'n site as .gif images, like you have them posted here, then you can just right click on them and choose "Save Image As".
If they're flash animations, it's a bit more complicated, you have to grab the swf and convert it to your preferred animation type. I can explain one way of doing that if you want.

or in short terms, yes you can show me how to rip them if you want

I tried that, but the converter I use tells me that I can't convert them to GIF because the SWFs are protected, I thought it could. 
What do you use to convert them, I use Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate 5 but it doesn't work with those files.

I just figured you already had some way of converting them. I've never actually tried to do this before, I've just spent some time finding ways to grab files directly to fool with later.
As for my other explanation, I realized that it relies on a tool that you probably don't have, so I won't bother.
