Um Aaron, you might want to fix your photobucket images. Cause all I see is "This image or video has moved or deleted."
I think you can still +5 him, you would just have to +4 first then +5 (then again that would make it a +9 wouldn't it). I could be wrong though. IMO this is the strangest rating system I've ever seen, but then again whatever floats everybodys boat and its not my place to judge, so I'm leaving it at that.

Nah it doesn't work that way. You can only rate a member once, and then that rating will stick until you decide to change it. The change won't be in addition to your first rating, it will just change the rating.

Meh. It would be nice if it did work that way, but oh well. Beggars can't be choosers.
