IRC

Okay, I've been lazy, but I set up two channels. IRC server is irc.rizon.net. #ziv is the main channel please only use english in it, #ziv-indo is the channel for Indonesian users to speak their language in.

If you have Gaim/Pidgin, the steps to join are simple.
Open the Accounts window by hitting Ctrl-A at the Buddy List window.
Click the Add button.
Pick "IRC" from the list next to Protocol.
Enter your nickname in the Username field.
Change the server field to "irc.rizon.net".
Ignore the password field.
Hit Save.

At this point, NickServ (a service that controls who gets what nicknames, to prevent impersonation) will probably message you telling you to register your nick name (or change to a different one if you picked one that's registered by someone). You can either ignore it and not register your nick, or read all the things it says, use the help command, and stuff and register your nick.

Anway, to join the channel, from the nickserv window, type "/j #ziv" to join the main channel. J stands for join, of course, and "#ziv" is the name of the channel, so you should be able to figure out how to join #ziv-indo easily.
