SM Machine

SO, a local arcade has a DDR Cabinet with Euromix 2. And I am going to try to convert it to SM.
I have the following:
J-PAC (Ultimarc)
ARCADE VGA PCI-e (Ultimarc)
Dell POS (Originally vista, but downgraded by a friend)
The machine is a 2nd Mix coverted to 4th to 7th to Extreme to Euromix 2.
So far stepmania 3.9 has worked because I rewired the pads for a day. Freeze arrows worked fine (no debounce) All the buttons on the machine works and all the speakers sounded great.
The monitor will display half and half like this:

Any ideas?
I have looked for a video driver on the ATI website but I can find one.
And does anyone know how the lights work. stepmania.com has a file for parallel light driver but i have NO IDEA how to use it.

Yeah, I've seen that one. That seems to be the only discussion except for the one on stepmania.com.

I just can't figure out how to make the monitor display correctly without stepmania crashing.

Darn 15khz monitor!

Also, does anyone know how the light driver works?
