If people want to design themes for the site; submit them in this thread. 
Two Requirements
980x100 header in PNG format, just the background, no logo is required.
Two shades of your choice, preferably the main colours from the header.

Oh, perfect timing, I was thinking in something related when I entered and watched the Distorted Interface theme (which looks great, by the way).
