First off, the addition of adding the older songs to the site was a GENIUS idea... took you guys a while to do that though, lol...
Second, BOYS, DUB-I-DUB, and STOMP TO MY BEAT have a Challenge difficulty... so you might wanna go to DDRFreak.com and add those stepcharts into the SM Files you have here.

In which DDR game did they get CHALLENGE steps? I thought they didn't have CHALLENGE steps.

They do... they just didnt add them untill DDR 4th and 5th mix, in which back then it was called MANIAC 2
P.S. My Fire (UKS Remix) from DDR 1st Mix and Vol. 4 from DDR 3rd Mix also has challenge steps to it.

i regestered just for this response.
there are NO oni steps for those songs. never was. several songs got new maniac steps in 4th+, and that is ALL they were is new steps. this is known as the maniac difficulty. for the songs that got new steps the original charts were on the machine as edits, all labled "maniac-s" on single and "maniac-d" on doubles. "maniac2" NEVER existed, i dont know how that got started.
and on that note, dub-i-dub in party collection has no challenge steps, the original maniac chart is just absent from the game.
think about it though, where in the 4th mix engine would you select a challenge/oni chart? same for 5th mix. matter of fact, despite what you said, NO NEW CHARTS were added to 5th mix although it did feature a few of the 4th+ new step charts like xanadu. challenge steps were never added, thats just how ddrfreak chose to handle the situation.
try actually PLAYING a 4th mix + before talking about this stuff man.
