I'm sorry, but why ask that even though the answer is obvious that you need to practice? Not much more advice you can get than that.

Practice. If you have access to the mp3 of the song, listen to it to the point where you hate the song. And practice some more.

I hate Guitar Hero...the whiny fanboys think that this game is the best....and IIDX is a ripoff of Guitar Hero...

Well, any random IIDX player that can clear a 7 or an 8 could probably do it no problem, heh.
