So I have been throwing together some stuff and some of it sounds okay so I thought I'd share some of it.
With the Stars - Happy Hardcore. Been working on this for a while now. There's still a few things I want to change, but have been too lazy.
What - Hardcore/kinda speedcore. Oh Pulp Fiction. Stole m1dy's "speedcore". DONT MIND ME.
らき☆すた Lucky Star OP (Naps Remix) - ...happy hardcore I suppose. This took forever to do. My friend complained about the beginning being very similar to Sharpnel...well, I didn't hear his remix until after I finished mine. Great minds think alike?
Marathon - Minimal dance. Not much else to say. Pretty generic.
Bittersweet Night - Ambiance I guess. It's a little remix of The Verve's Bittersweet Symphony. It was hard getting a decent sample and playing with the volume since the part I had to get was at the beginning where the volume is rising. Cut me some slack.
Aerodynamic (Cockpit Remix) - Dance Rock? Daft Punk remix. I know, repetitive. I made this around when I started.
I have some other things, but they sound like shit or are incomplete. I've been working on a fun gabber song. Just been too lazy and uninspired to fill in the gaps.

With the Stars was pretty boring and not "happy" enough imo.
"What" is not Happy Hardcore at all and sounds more like t+pazolite's speedcore stuff. It reminded me of Necropotence. Overall, it was okay, a nice listen.
Where do you get that "timotei" sample? I wants it. I think you need to pick a different sample for your bass line but other then that it was pretty enjoyable. Okay, overall.
I liked Marathon. Those tribal drums mixed with electro-drums is pretty hot.
Bittersweet Night was really boring and repetitive. I think you should've drove the intro. into a hardcore song.

I didn't really want to take that into hardcore. I heard Juicy Cut's Bittersweet Bootleg and I thought it was just about perfect. I didn't feel like fighting that competition lol.Quote

Yeah, I really wanted to use that solo, but I couldn't really figure out how to use it effectively. So I just kinda ended it....Daft Punk has their "okay" moments. They're pretty good at sampling.

This was actually a pretty good remix btw. I have yet to give the others a listen but will critique them once I do.

I love hardcore. It's just so hard to make sometimes. You listen to it and think it sounds easy to make until you realize that you have to do a shitload of sound manipulation.

I haven't composed anything besides like Classical tunes on my piano, so yeah... I wouldn't know about that. Fruity Loops? What's that? Vocaloid2? Hey that green haired girl is cute.

Bumpy bump
I got bored again
It's a remix of Linkin Park's Session (one of their most underrated songs). I tried venturing into the world of breakcore. It's really hard. Had to split the amen break myself. I know there are some bumpy spots like the movie clip and scratching, but I got bored and didn't feel like continuing. It turned out okay I guess.
You better like snare drills. I also love the pitch knob too much.
