beatmania IIDX 12 HAPPY SKY

Talk about what you think Happy Sky CS will be like here, or what you want to be on it .

I for one, think, it will be the best thing to come out either this November or somewhere near Spring time next year.
Also, seeing we got snubbed with the previews this time with IIDX RED, KONAMI would be really pushing it if they didn't give us ANY previews from DistorteD or the future IIDX14; who knows!? As for previews, songs I really like to be in Happy Sky would be something like Look To The Sky or Deep Roar; which would work quite well seeing as SuperNOVA is going to be released soon. I highly doubt songs like The Dirty of Loudness / tripping contact or even Zenius-I-vanisher are gonna end up as previews as they represent DistorteD I reckon.

IIDX RED did good with the interface, though when you selected an option in the main menu, it's that dreaded metal sound, if they kept the "ZIILLLLLL...." sound when you hit start from the "Press START" screen, that would have been awesome.

As for features I want ... HS6.0? ROFL.
Maybe USB memory stick support for exporting/importing data so you could share rival data easily over the Internet? ... but that would be pushing it a little lol.

Well, what I'm mainly concerned about is the revivals...I hope that there aren't TOO many revivals; I'm more of a traditional IIDXer; one who believes that Digital MinD, Sweet Lab, Time Is Money, VJArmy, Secret Tale, bit mania, Rislim -Remix-, Daisuke, and RESONATE 1794 should stay on their respective styles.

We can all bet that starmine will be repeated.

Heh, we can bet that any "happy" sounding tune will be revived ... though I can't think of any right now . HOPEFULLY not V again ...

Well, I myself will be looking forward to the previews, SigSig (j-core fan ) and failing everything. If they revive any songs it should be the NO+CHIN songs ;)

^: I agree with al2k4 only in terms of keeping the styles unique by not reviving songs that haven't been revived either at all or more than once. I love CLOUDY MUSIC, but I think it should stay on 7th style...it's enough that 5th style got raped AND molested throughout the years. T_T

Oh, but 5th style I could care less about ... No HI-SPEED 4 ... what's that about!? Especially when they lowered the effective speed increases of HS1, 2, 3 (2x, 2.5x and 3x respectively).

It forces me to use SUDDEN for songs 130bpm or lower; but there are still a few exclusives on 5th style .
