ei al2k4..can i request if you could put a counter just next to the simfile category and place how many new simfiles are there and updates for the simfiles too..on what time it was uploaded by the member..to make it more easier for us to know if a new simfile is uploaded without entering the packs itself

You could simply subscribe to the simfile category and it'll tell you when the category is updated.

At the moment I am still making custom ZIP's to include my cdtitle, though I'm still making use of splitting the video off from the actual simfile to save bandwidth when I update things.

CDTitles could be implemented but this means having a set method of naming the CDTitles, as files uploaded to the server get renamed according to simfile name. Does SM automatically recognise CDTitles based on size or you must specify it explicitly?
I think this feature will have to be postponed from when I get back from HK by the way if you don't mind.

I don't believe it recognizes size. However, tacking on a -cd or -cdtitle (I believe) lets StepMania automatically recognize it.

This was something else I wanted to bring up. Since the site is renaming my AVI's I want to change my simfile names on the website so the SM files link to a file that doesn't need renaming; however, long ago that would break the page's association with previously uploaded files. Am I safe with renaming a simfile without re-uploading anything and having all the files remain linked?

Would it be possible to make a DWI or SM pack? I'm probably in a rare situation, but for some reason a lot of the ratings for my simfiles just suddenly became incorrect. Instead of editing each individually, it would be handy be able to download, for example, a pack of all SM's for DDR SuperNOVA. I won't re-download the full pack just for the SM's since that's a terrible use of your bandwidth.

You know, I've never come across this. I've only seen it as blue if a simfile was updates within the past month. I'm not sure about orange.
I remember there was a point where there was a simfile count next to the category when looking at the list of User Simfiles. Is there anyway to re-implement that feature?
Also, have you ever gone through with tidying up the User Simfiles?
