Ok I know the game is like 2 years old now but everyone is still freaking out about this. From what I understand is that this song was actually ment to be played on this game (unlike the first DDR game which took out Butterfly before the game was released). In fact, this song is super rare to unlock that the song info is in red lettering (instead of the usual yellowish greenish color). Konami did in fact mean to put this song in the game, but why they made it so special and hard to unlock is still a mystery. Hell, they still aren't talking, so there is more to the game then we thought. There has to be another way to unlocking this song (other than the cheap way of using code breaker programs like "Action Replay" or whatever else).
NOW everyone is saying that it has something to do with SuperNova... meaning that Konami purposely waited a good two yeard to finally revealing the truth about unlocking the song. Apparently this only works if you stick your memory card inside a SN Arcade machine with memory card slots.... something about triggering the saved data not only on your SN home version but also on the extreme version itself.
Theres also rumors going around that the song name Memories has a meaning to unlocking the song itself. In other words, some people have played older songs from older games in certain order to unlocking this song (Keep On Movin, Make It Better, PARANOiA Max Dirty Mix, & Trip Machine from the first DDR game). This has been proven as a failed attempt by one person so far.

Rather stupid; no hints or anything lol. How the hell are we supposed to go, "Memories, MUST-BE-UNLOCKABLE ... oh I know! Burger King site!"
What next? KFC for SuperNOVA online songs? McDonalds for unlocking real Ultramix 4 banners?

I find it extremely funny that they waited 2 years to reveal this information to us. No one cares anymore!

And, the funniest thing about it, is that the song isn't good or hard.

Isn't just like KONAMI to have a song called MEMORIES unlocked 2 years after anyone actually cared?

I entered the code a few daysa go and It really works. I never thought that Memories would be a selectable song on DDR EX.

well apparently after 2 useless years of playing much better ddr games, i finally can play that MEMORIES song everyone talked about. konami probably wanted us to find it on our own (or not at all) bcuz i called Konami and asked about it and the lady told me that it was pulled at the last second due to problems with the game.
but bcuz i heard it REALLY REALLY SUKKED ASS, i might not even want it.
