Best site to put your pictures up? I'm kind of lost in the internets...

If you'll be storing fairly standard pics, there's photobucket.
If you're gonna be storing potentially offensive pictures, choose imageshack.
there's also ImageBam or something like that.

Photobucket deleted all my Captain Tsubasa and ~other~ pictures for apparently no reason.
Maybe copyright? That's the only thing I hate about photobucket.

and I usually had this bandwidth exceeded message when trying to view an image in photobucket sometimes
and with imageshack...... I think I've tried it once but I don't really like it... perhaps
other places perhaps? or can somebody explain those bandwidth exceeded message before I try photobucket?

it means that you have used up the bandwidth allocated to you. Probably you used some of your pictures on a lot of things, your avatar, friendster profile background, image embeds, sigs, etc.
If the places where you have pictures hosted by your host are visited very often, this will likely happen.
Usually you're bandwidth will be restored after a short amount of time (depends on server and host, but
usually the 15th of any given month or every 15 days).

problem is, it was not my picture
I'm trying to view someone's picture from his website, and he used photobucket
when I tried on my comp, that message showed up, but when i'm using my friend's laptop, it didn't show up
both of us never had a photobucket account

Maybe the bandwidth was already resetted (restored) when you viewed it on your friend's laptop.
Very quirky things can and will happen, maybe due to traffic photobucket was not able to locate the picture in time and instead the bandwidth exceeded message appeared.
Well I guess the problem is photobucket. Just reload the page and maybe it'll return to normal.
I don't know what time it is at your country, but here (Philippines) it's already 11:30 pm, I'm gonna have to turn in since I have classes tomorrow. Good night and i hoped I helped you.
