How to make banner letter that say: (X Special)

Well, I have found some great simfiles that are specials.

Like Groove Radar Special, CHAOS Special, Air Special, etc.

Well, I saw that Artix make a banner of Trip Machine PhoeniX (STOP Special) and I think he made the banner line with the letters: STOP Special

Trans Steps make an awesome simfile too call: Pluto -Speed Change Special-

And I want to make the banner like Artix made it but with Pluto banner and says in the banner black line with the same letters: (SPEED CHANGE Special).

So please someone can tell me what font to use and what is the best program to make it?

The font is Serpentine and it would probably be good to use Photoshop or GIMP (which is free)

Ok and can you tell me where to download Serpentine Bold?

Or please teach me how to make Bold the fonts, cause the B (Default Bold) doesn't bold a lot.

I don't think it's a Freeware font. So they only let you look at it, but not download it.

Anyway, a much larger site that actually lets you download everything you see is this. Search Modaerne, and you can download the ordinary one, the Light one, and the Bold one.

It's the greatest thing to come out of Brazil.
