Does anyone know who is that man in the background graphics of every "Paranoia" series of songs (Except for "Paranoia KCET [Clean mix]" and "Paranoia (Hades)")? I've been searching for the answer to this.

Yeah he's on KCET, twice i think. Once on the left and once in the middle.
I'm pretty sure hes just an original character designed for the Paranoia series.

I think Hades is the 1st time he's not in, In less he's hidden in the BG video somewhere.

And he also had a slightly different look in the Ultramix 4 BG version of PARANOiA survivor MAX. Or maybe it wasn't the same "PARANOiA guy"...

He had a slightly different look on PARANOIA EVOLUTION for Universe 1. It was still the same blue background and same PARANOiA guy, but he had more of a smile on his face in that game.

It's hard to say for PARANOiA ~Hades~, because he's only ever appeared in the background, which PH doesn't have, and none of the other PARANOiA's have video clips featuring him (even the IIDX video for PSM is just the TLOM and TMS guys).

Well, I'm pretty sure that back when DDR started out, they created him looking liking a robot to represent that you had to be a robot in order to pass the song. And the fact that they were spins throughout the song, you never really know how to step in the right order without being paranoid of failing the song.

Even the title is Paranoia, the songs not make you paranoid except you slipped out and embarassing yourself when you playing DDR.

Well, he has different looks in some paranoia songs.
He looks more fierce in dirty mix, a somewhat different guy is inserted on rebirth, another different one is on the ultramix 4 bg of psm, and the same guy from clean mix is probably the one on respect.
