This is just a prototype to see if I could imitate some WORLD features in an Outfox theme. I'm not planning to work on this much longer, but I want to make it available if others want to copy the implementation.

Features
- Flare gauges, jacket colors on flare clear, floating flare, flare points displayed on song select screen
- Real speed setting, min-median-max BPM display
- "Constant" style arrow display (needs improvement)
- Visual/audio sync settings in player options menu
- Custom 3 column song selection, doesn't rely on SM/Outfox wheel
- Sorting options for Latin/Japanese titles in different orders to imitate regional versions of A3/WORLD
