After collecting as much info as I could across search engines and asking members of rhythm game-related Discord servers, I've put together this infographic that visualizes the timing windows of various rhythm games compared to each other!
Massive shoutouts to Vancouver Rhythm Games, OTOGAYMERS, Acai's Discord Server, the SDVX Community Server, IIDX.org, SDVX.org, and @donmai_me on Twitter for helping me find or providing the timing info—it's surprisingly hard to find this kind of stuff, given how much we all play these games and know them inside and out.
Still currently looking for timing info on Groove Coaster (arcade version), StepManiaX, DJMAX, Fortnite Festival with a Pro Instrument, Friday Night Funkin', and the Genshin Impact rhythm game (because why not). Let me know if you have the complete timing info on these games!
Here they are grouped by general gameplay style, in the order of IIDX-likes, dance games, vertical scrolling rhythm games, horizontal scrolling rhythm games, radial rhythm games, freeform rhythm games, idol rhythm games, and instrument-emulating rhythm games.

Same chart, sorted by strictness of the highest-value judgement window to have an impact on score or rating. This gives a general idea of how demanding each game is.

Same chart again, this time sorted by strictness of the lowest-value judgement window to not break your combo or damage your health bar. This gives a general idea of how forgiving each game is (not factoring in any score penalties you might face that would give you a bad grade at the end).
