! Sorry for any spelling mistakes. English is not my first language.

This is the pad, it's fairly new, I bought it recently. The first time I connected it to my PC it worked perfectly; I played a few songs on it. The next day it started malfunctioning. At first, I thought it was a hardware problem as soft pads often have problems with their sensors, but I decided to test it in my laptop and it turned out to work fine, no glitching or ghost steps. I have tried multiple things to get it to work on my PC but I can't for my life figure out what the problem is, the only posts I have found that seemed to have a similar issue led nowhere and the only solutions I see is to change the pad, but the problem is not the pad itself. I don't know if it has something to do with windows. My PC is upgraded to windows 11 and the laptop is still on 10.
Any help is appreciated and sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this.
