I swear I had the right version (5.0.12), but here's the deal. I tried to enable the DDR 2013 theme, but almost all of the interface aside from the title screen is absent, so what do I do?

Hold F3, press F6, and enable showing errors. This might help figure out why it's not displaying properly.
It's probably been 10 years but I think the zip that contains the theme might not extract properly in some instances, maybe the files are missing?

Usually each AAA theme has its own build, it is not enough to have the default stepmania, I recommend that you look for a link with that theme along with its stepmania.
