Looks like these two listings for Cineplex Park Royal and Xscape (Cineplex Park Royal) are for the same location. What should be done in this situation?

Noticed theres a handful of locations like this as well. Its hard to determine which is the most up-to-date in some cases as folks have updated both simultaniously. Might be worth asking some regulars which is the the most accurate listing
