Dance Plus Guitar

Hi,

I used to use Stepmania, now I've started exploring ITGmania. I've also enjoyed the guitar-based music games with CloneHero. I've recently found at least six songs that were released for both DDR and Rockband/Guitar Hero and I'm interested in trying to play them both at the same time. The few songs I've looked at so far require some timing adjustments to sync up, and are not the same length but usually there is at least a minute of perfect overlap.

My question for you all is how can I consistently trigger both Guitar and Dance songs at the same time? Would it be possible to extract out some portion of the CloneHero and ITGmania engines so that I can start them with a separate script? Or other ideas any of you might have?

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm following up with them in their Discord. So far it looks like Performous treats the two as separate "Game Modes" and doesn't have a way to play both at once.

Do you want to dance and guitar at the same time? That would be cool to see.
