hi, relatively new player here, i downloaded itgmania a few days ago and i can't find an offset calibration setting in the settings for the theme that came with the simulator
can anyone tell me where it is? thanks in advance and sorry if this is a stupid question

Go to OPTIONS, then Graphics/Sound Options, then you will see Global Offset between Mine Sounds and Visual Delay, almost at the very bottom. I couldn't find a calibration setting per se, but tweaking the Global Offset will achieve the same results. You can just exit the options screen after tweaking the value and play a song, rinse and repeat until it feels right.

Simply Love recommends starting your offset at -9ms, but that's only relevant if you play ITG content, and more often than not it's synced to +9ms bias
If you do DDR stuff, leaving it at 0ms is best
If you use a mix of both, good luck lmao
But as purplesanz says, keep playing and adjusting as needed until it feels right. VisualDelay also helps if you know how to tweak that
