Is there a difference between English U.S and English U.K in this website? In general there are obviously a few differences between British English and American English (like chips vs crisps lol 
), but in the website's language settings are there any differences or is it just exactly the same? If it's exactly the same, then why are they two separate categories in the website's language settings?

Most programs usually have both English (US) and English (UK). I'd assume that anything that wasn't created by a user could have their spelling changed to the specific version's spelling, such as "Color" in the US and "Colour" in the UK. I don't think there's many differences between the two versions of English, or many instances where this would take place here.
