I wanted to play the DDR Next Generation theme on SM 5.0.12, but all I see is a black screen. What seems to be the problem?

The most common reason something like this happens with any theme is not using the version of StepMania it was made for. Googling this theme, both the thread here and ajworld.net say this theme needs SM5 beta 3.

SM5 Beta 3... Hmmmmm, I'll try that and see if it works.
