Most comprehensive and high-quality DDR difficulty ranker? (Skill Attack, Sanbai Ice Cream, etc.)

I'm looking for the overall best resource for assessing the difficulty of DDR songs with more granularity than the in-game 1-19 classification. Specifically, I am trying to gather the broadest and most accurate real-world data across rankings to create a robust regression model for difficulty assessment.

I am currently using Skill Attack's data from mid-2022, available at DDRCommunity here: https://ddrcommunity.com/ddr-a3-scoring-difficulty-tier-list/
However, a more recent post from October 5, 2023 suggests using Sanbai Ice Cream instead: https://ddrcommunity.com/ddr-a3-difficulty-tier-list-provided-by-3icecream/

1) Which of these resources is preferable for determining scoring difficulty? Are there other resources that are better?
2) Do Skill Attack or Sanbai support labeled data exports (e.g. folder, song, game type, step difficulty, numerical difficulty), and if so, where can this be done?
3) Is there a way to return difference logs from Skill Attack or Sanbai to determine what changes to make as these lists are updated?

Sanbai is better because it comes from live score data and covers all difficulties from 1 to 19. Since not all Sanbai scores are passes, it covers fail data as well (although that's obviously biased towards players with accounts, meaning anything below a certain level is iffier when it comes to pass data).

I can't answer questions 2 and 3, but I feel like it's worth posing questions like these on the DDR XX discord server or Zenius I Vanisher Contest discord server since you're going to get more of a response from the community at large.
