Scripts for counting BPM Changes, Stops, and min and max BPM per song

I created two basic Python scripts for counting BPM Changes, Stops, and real min and max BPMs in .sm and .ssc files per step type and difficulty. The result is saved as a JSON file that can be viewed or imported into other contexts. The scripts can be merged to display all of this information in a single file, and the scripts can be modified to count Warps and Speeds if desired.

The default root directory (rootdir) that the scripts analyze is C:/Games/Stepmania/Songs and must be manually changed to match the path of your Songs folder.
