Looking to commission ($) an experienced simfile creator to make one for this song by Doja Cat.
I am looking for a keyboard file, something that starts off following the main melody, and then following her vocals/rap throughout the duration of the song. I am especially interested in a simfile with effects and/or BPM slows/stops during the beginning and towards the end where she sings parts of the song versus the rapping parts. Obviously, the difficulty is relative, but something in the range of 'Expert' 9-12 (something like 9-11 nps) would be preferred. I can give examples of simfiles on Z-I-V that match the style and difficulty as a reference.

For reference, although my account is new, I have been using Z-I-V for years. Playing rhythm games like: DDR/FFR/ITG/Stepmania/IIDX/pop'n/etc. since the early 2000's. I am very knowledgeable in terms of simfiles, though I suck at making them, so I can give an outline of exactly what I am looking for.
