I haven't ordered any but seems there's an alternate way to get that simfile Stepmania on Fiver
Unless, it's really detailed or implementing videos, there's no way to know if they aren't just using like Autostepper

I'm one of those on Fiverr. I use ArrowVortex (sometimes DDReamStudio on some songs with inconsistent BPMs, whichever does the job better).
Here on ZiV, I can do requests for free if there's no rush to have a simfile of that song (especially if no one made one already), I would only recommend checking my fiverr if anyone's requesting three or more songs in a set deadline, or if they are willing to pay
