I do know that the Warning one says "Please do not place Liquids or Drinks"...something like that.//

For the caution one it looks like it says something about(I think) "Please do not play with bare feet, slippers, something about certain shoes and wearing something involving heels" and it says that "The Stage is elevated and please watch your step to avoid injury".
If you ask me it was one of those moments(the picture up there) because of how blurry the picture is lol

DevilsLynAvenged already explained the yellow caution one, but if you want it exactly word for word, I could read all except for ONE word:
