Does anybody know the exact specific values of the timing windows since DDR A?
So far, the only numbers that we truly know of for timing windows is from DDR EXTREME (AC). According to this post, EXTREME's timing windows are as follows (Thank you Sesse for finding these):
Marvelous: +/- 13.333 ms
Perfect: +/- 26.667 ms
Great: -86.667 to +73.333 ms
Good: -126.666 ms to +113.333 ms
Boo: -153.333 to +180.000 ms
However, as you may know, because the timing calculations are tied to the game's framerate (at 60 FPS), these numbers become inconsistent. And this is an issue which has continued all the way up to DDR 2014. (FOR NEARLY 10 FUCKING YEARS BTW.) Come DDR A, and the engine has be revamped to eliminate this problem.
However, I cannot find specific numbers for DDR A's timing windows. Does anybody know them?

The windows are identical for early and late, whoever came up with those is wrong. These are the approximations based on frame to ms conversions.

Ah ok.
I hardly ever play modern DDR at an arcade. I playtested these in StepMania and the Great and Good windows feel very loose (Although that's probably because I've used StepMania Judge 6 for so long), even going out of my way to purposefully hit arrows very early/late just to test them out.
Is that really how they are in the arcade?

If you’re used to smaller timing windows they’ll feel huge yeah. Like going from Marvelous to Fantastic, or FA+ Blue Fantastic to Marvelous. Or like back in the PS2 days when home versions had a larger Perfect window. But you can check the math yourself if you want.

Check if your TimingWindowAdd is not 0. That might also be the cause even if you use judgement difficulty higher than default.
