Another BABY-LON GALAXY update, starting from the 7th the requirements are being eased again. You can now play and the Flare Gauge is being downgraded to VIII

Konami is making this event more available and accessible at an unusual rate. Either they want more players to play/clear the thing, or they're rushing it out to make way for something in the future.

Taking a wild guess here, but with at least some reason. They may be pushing into the next event. A possible Rinon's Galaxy? (A la in DDR A when they did Baby-Lon's Adventure and while that was going on, introduced Rinon's Adventure, which lead to the final boss of that game. Now Hou could be the final boss song of A3, cause of course with A20 being kinda anticlimatic imo with a song pulled from another game for the game's only 19. Hou gives final boss vibes, but then I feel like this isn't the end of DDR A3, cause then something would have probably been said about the next version at KAC, and the "The End" at the end of Hou's MV suggests the end of the event, not the game.

TL;DR: I think the next event is coming fast, and it will be where they could conclude A3, paving the way for the next version.

O4MA. just played 鳳 for the first time, and it's a 16. The second one, after Megalara Garuda back in June 2022.

this is about as much of a 16 as much as blue impulse is a 9

I think the thing that makes Hou difficult for me to really gauge is because of the music itself. Don't get me wrong, I think it's cool and like it, but the song is hard to follow. There are a couple spots that are pretty easy to hear and understand, but for me I find the section between 0:45 - 1:11 hard to get the rhythm to be able to get the steps -- that coupled with the gimmicks in the stepchart during these parts make it even harder. So if those are taken into account to make it a 16 or above, I get it. Just doesn't seem like a simple song to follow by just listening to it.

So in typical KONAMI fashion they've announced a whole heap of updates all in one setting so I'll do my best to summarise:

- A new HinaBitter/DDR event is being released. This is currently announced with two parts:
- A new song

- 2 new packs for DDR Grand Prix with Hinabitter/Coconatsu songs. If you puchase both packs simultaneously you'll also get
charts forちくわパフェだよ☆ＣＫＰ (Yvya Remix) and めうめうぺったんたん！！ (ZAQUVA Remix)


- Packs 23 and 24 are coming for DDR Grand Prix focusing on songs from DDR2014 and DDRA. If you purchase both packs simultaneously you get charts for Thank You Merry Christmas and Hopeful.

Oh dear God I am not ready for the remixes.

Hopeful's chart should be the most interesting...
