I'm not sure if I did the mod properly but I took out the cardboard for the middle button of my Cobalt Flux metal pad (for pump it up) and it doesn't seem to register to my PC. My PC can only see the 10 buttons (8 on the pad and 2 on control box)
Any advice? All the other buttons work completely fine. Do I need to wire in the middle button or do something with the control box?

You might need to find a different control box. There were different control boxes sold by Cobalt Flux that were specifically used for Pump It Up.
