I was just bored and this idea just randomly popped up in my mind, so yeah.
Let's say, HYPOTHETICALLY, you're an employee at Konami in charge of licensing and Konami is making another DDR game. This new game will revive licenses from the previous games, however under very weird circumstances, you can only revive 5 songs from each game. Any songs you don't choose are left out of the game. Which licenses would you keep?
RULES:
-Only licensed songs/covers. Removed BEMANI originals do not count. However, if it is a licensed cover, it counts.
-To make some choices tougher, any append mixes (3rdMIX PLUS & 4thMIX PLUS) will all count as a single game from their original games.
-If you want, you can also discuss licenses from the "Dancing Stage" series; they're seperate from the mainline "DDR" series.
-Licenses that are still in the game (Example: 30 Lives Up Up Down Down Mix) can be ignored.
-This isn't exactly a rule, but I wouldn't exactly count anime licenses from the newer games, since those are the only ones that Konami seems to give a shit about.

Final thoughts: Instead of just picking songs that everyone likes, I tried to choose more of a "variety" of songs, not only in genres, but also artists. That meant that quite a few fan favourites were left. If I did fan favourites, something like DDRMAX would've been just the trance songs lmao. Overall, I don't think the list is TOO bad, but y'all might say otherwise.
