Hello. I just released my first set of noteskins based on the PSX pixel classy look. If I ever get to release more NoteSkins they will be uploaded in this next repository. There is a be-mu noteskin as well.

No, it can work on the other versions. I just tested it in SM 5.0.12 and it works fine.
