Not sure if this is the right section (or even forum site) to ask this, but here we go:
I have downloaded iBMSC and BMSE for creating/editing BMS song files, however, there is an issue with each program.
In iBMSC, when I try to preview files with uBMPlay, the program throws this error and uBMPlay won't start:

And in the case of BMSE, the program ITSELF doesn't start:

I do know that I'm missing some files that the programs require to work. The question is, does anybody know what the files I need are and where I can download them?

uBMplay requires a few really old runtimes in order to run on anything past Windows XP. This YouTube video should help with that, and includes a link to a Google Drive with the required files.
There is a much newer BMS previewer called mBMplay that runs just fine on Windows 10. It's over here.
