Thread name, basically what DDR does nowadays, show all Lv. 9's for Beginner, Basic, etc. combined instead of only the current selected difficulty

It is impossible without either modifying the source code or writing a lua wheel because folders normally cannot have duplicate songs. But I did it in my fork (StepMania-RaveItOut).
There's other forks that have it but I generated a map that creates folders for each level and indexes each folder by its level. Then when you enter the folder it sets a var 'preferred level' which is used to automatically jump to the correct level steps when selecting the song and also return you to the correct folder when returning to the song select.
It's pretty much the same thing in lua, just create a custom wheel and make a dict with arrays of songs indexed by lv.
