Course mode editing help

I have questions regarding course mode

1. Is there a way to sort the order of courses? Like in beware's DDR Extreme? (I'm not sure if mimicking what beware said will work; it seems to only work in his build)

2. Can I edit the color of the course titles?

3. How do I make the combo go up during Great judgement during challenge mode? In DDR SuperNOVA onwards, combos go up during Great judgement in Challenge mode. (I tried changing the #COMBO to GREAT but it didn't work)

4. How do I prevent access to options in Challenge mode, including step inputs? (Not pressing start again doesn't count)

5. How do I prevent difficulty changes in Challenge mode?

6. This one looks impossible but I'll ask anyway. In DDR SN and SN2, there are courses that are actually different songs depending on the mode. For example: the JUMPING course has the songs Flow, Give Me Up, Monkey Punk and True Love at Single Play. However, in double play, Monkey Punk and True Love are replaced with Happy Angel and Honey Punch. Now how do you pull that off in Stepmania?

I'm using SM 3.9+ redux. I don't use SM5 because it's slow in my laptop.

1. Add number prefix to the name of the crs files. Example:
01 Love Songs.crs
02 Diva.crs
03 Tricks.crs.

2, 4, 5, 6. Only SM5 can do that.
