Graphics needed for my simfile project

As I mentioned in the Music Production section of the ZIv forums, I am working on a simfile project called DanceDanceRevolution NovaMAX. However, I can't do it alone because I know myself well enough to know that I'd lose interest in the project very quickly.

I am looking for graphics because my level of knowlege for graphic design tops out at MS Paint. So, here's what I need in terms of graphics for the project:
* a logo
* banners, jackets and backgrounds for the licensed songs, listed below. ALL TAKEN CARE OF

I will need more graphics later, but this is what I am focusing on right now. This will be first come, first serve. I will be continually updating this post to indicate what I have received.

^^^^ can definitely recommend the GIMP tutorial. I had 0 (and I mean it, absolutely ZERO) experience in making graphics before and it helped a lot

download a photo editing app on ur phone, grab some stock photos, and slap some good-looking text on it if ur right-clicker is broken, or use a PC, or buy a mouse
(also you won't be using your right-clicker much anyways, and there are alternate shortcuts and whatnot, so you should still be able to make your own gfx on ur laptop)

Yes, I'm aware that not having a right-clicker is a lame excuse to not make graphics. And I wish I could just buy a mouse, but I don't have the money to afford one.

Besides, there are 50 licenses that need graphics. I know myself well enough to know that I'm too lazy to do it all myself. That's why I'm asking for your help.

That's your problem. Telperion's GIMP tutorial doesn't take too long to learn, and I don't think you are in a hurry with some deadline so take your time to do so.

Not to mention, you didn't give much info about your project. All you did was put the song title and expect people to think by themselves for the graphics. At least give some base graphics like screenshots from MV etc. for each of them. Ideas isn't easy to get.

Same goes with the original musics you asked before. You didn't give any much info of what you envisioned for the project, what kind of music it should get, etc. You just stated, any genre. To me, this feels really half-baked for a simfile project imitating DDR.

Not to demotivate you, but you clearly need to think thoroughly about this project and give it a deeper plans.

To be honest, when I accidentally spilled Coke all over my laptop's trackpad (everybody get their laughs in at me now) a mouse that did the job just fine cost like £10 at most. You don't have to go fancy with it.

this is turning into one of those "everybody else do the work" projects that pop up every other month and it makes me sad. if laziness is going to be the reason why you don't bother doing graphics, one of the simpler parts of simfile making in my experience, lord knows what else will be affected. please reconsider.

ngl, the whole "I won't do it unless you guys do the work bc I'm lazy" theme of this project is a turn off.

I'm willing to learn how to make my own graphics. But I would still like some help for the sake of collaboration.

So, I tried following Telperion's tutorials for both GIMP and Inkscape. It started off easy, but once it got to the layers stuff, I had a harder time understanding it. So, I'm gonna stick with MS Paint for my graphics, even though I know how shitty it will turn out compared to professional software.

Bumping to update that I just went ahead and did all the graphics for the licenses via MS Paint. Some of them actually already had MS Paint graphics since I had stepped them already.

However, I do still need a logo for the project. As a reminder, the project is called DanceDanceRevolution NovaMAX because it is meant to celebrate that 2021 marks the milestone anniversaries of DDR Supernova and DDR Max. If anyone decides to make a logo, please use that information as inspiration. And whoever makes the logo will be given full credit in the description for my simfile category.
