In particular, I'm wondering what the pieces of the #NOTES fields are for the SM file format

???? Is the steps description. It can be the steps author too.
The last one is the groove radar values and other info like no. of jumps, mines, lifts etc.
For groove radar, they are sorted in this order:
Stream, voltage, air, freeze and chaos.
