This may not be directly relevant to the thread (since they're not official DDR characters), but I've been making a bunch of dancer vids for my own amusement using clips from the Persona dance games. Here's one:

Wouldn't .AVI flies dramatically decrease file size?.. as well as fix the fact that mp4 files don't really work on Stepmania

The Persona BG vids are done! Sorry for the long wait. I wanted to make sure I got the quality to a place I was happy with. Right now, I've got a handful for each Persona 4 character. I'll upload more in the future for these guys as I have time, but next I'd like to do some vids for the Persona 3 and 5 characters.

A few notes:
• They’re all in .avi format.
• Some of the videos loop seamlessly, but not all. Most are between 3-4 minutes long, so I figure this shouldn’t be an issue.
• I know the files sizes are pretty big. I'd consider putting up some lower quality ones if people need.

fesonic I can't thank you enough for this thread! I was loosing my mind trying to find a place to get all the characters and videos but you really saved the day, I cant thank you enough!!! I have one question so sorry in advance lol, With these videos in place, would it help get both characters on screen doing versus battles or would that require a different step?

It would have to be programed in I think thats why I even made a file called doubles where two characters are on screen but thats as far as I could get it from my point if anyone has any ideas im down to help

I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to model swap in Japanese version of SuperNova 2. I'd love to get bg's of the Disc Beings (Disc A and Disc B that show up for Random Male and Random Female on the character select.)
