OK, so... I don't know if this site will have exactly what you're looking for, but archive.org has A LOT of StepMania-related content. Have a look there and see if you can find anything you're looking for. I have no idea what files FileFront had or didn't have, but MAYBE some of it will be on archive.org? I don't know, but it's worth a try looking... probably?
