Does round1 have a guaranteed game list?

Hello, I live in south florida and am thrilled to see that in the not to distant future I will no longer need to take a 4 hour drive to orlando for the only ddr ace machine in my state. Round1 has pembroke pines as a planned location which is right near me. The thing that has me curious now is whether this round1 will have everything I would hope to play rhythm game wise in its arcade.

Personally I am interested in:
DDR A20
SDVX V (2 Cabinets atleast)
DanceRush Stardom (One, Preferably two)
Groove Coaster (2 Atleast)
gitadora drummania

Is there a way to know if these are likely to be present in my location? If not, can requests be put in for specific cabinets before/after construction is complete?

Those games are pretty much guaranteed to be in any R1 location.
