So I found this album on the KHinsider website called Dancemania EX0. I couldn’t find the actual album on Discogs or Beatport. So I’m just wondering is this an actual album or just a customized mixed album?!

From what I remember, Dancemania EX0 isn't an official Dancemania release, it's a fanmade release. The official EX series starts with EX1.
EX0 does have a rather nice cover of One Night in Bangkok by Bus Stop though.
