Despite the fact yeah you don’t talk about that stuff here, the earlier pc based arcade games were made for very specific builds of pc and as such the majority of graphics cards will have issues such as the one you are showing. It’s almost certain you will not be able to fix this without having near identical hardware to what was around at the time.
