Customising Stepmania 5

Hey guys this is my first post here so apologises if this has been answered before. Basically I am trying to modify my Stepmania5 (Simply Arrows theme) in a few ways and I was wondering if anyone could help me on the following questions:

I was wondering if anyone knew how to (Or if there is a tutorial out there) create custom judgement fonts (Changing Fantastic, Excellent etc to something like "Hell Yeah" "Dope") and then where to implement them in SM5 so they come up as judgement font options.

Next is something which I don't know has ever been done but I'm planning to make an extra star/grade tier into the percentage scoring (For example 96% 1 star, 97% 2 star, 98% 3 star, 99% 4 star and 100% 5 star quint similar to Re-Rave) If anyone knows how to go about this?

Lastly, another thing which may not be realistic and has prob never been done before but just for fun make it so that a single step would be worth double or triple combo (So like 3 combo for each step)

On Simply Love there's a folder where you place judgment graphics. They're divided into equally-sized frames.
